1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PixRobe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

PixRobe is an AI-powered mobile application that allows users to:

• Upload or capture photos of themselves
• Use text prompts to modify clothing and outfits in images
• Generate AI-edited images with different outfit styles
• Save and share edited images

The service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technology to process and modify images according to user instructions.

3. User Eligibility

PixRobe is designed for users ages 4 and up, consistent with our App Store content rating. For users under 13, parental supervision and consent is required. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App. Users under 18 should review these Terms with their parent or guardian.

4. User Content and Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of all photos and images you upload to PixRobe ("User Content").

License to Process: By uploading content, you grant PixRobe a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing AI outfit editing services.

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure you have the right to upload and edit any images you submit.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use PixRobe for:

• Uploading images of other people without their explicit consent
• Creating inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Generating images for illegal, unethical, or commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Creating content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Uploading images containing minors in inappropriate contexts
• Any use that would be inappropriate for the 4+ age rating

For Users Under 13: Parental supervision is required. Parents should review all content created and ensure appropriate use of the application.

6. AI Technology and Accuracy

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content. Results may vary and are influenced by image quality, lighting, and other factors.

7. Privacy and Data Processing

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use PixRobe. By using the App, you also consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

PixRobe, including its AI technology, algorithms, design, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of our technology or service without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• PixRobe is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any)
• We are not responsible for how you use or share AI-generated content

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PixRobe harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to PixRobe at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Updates and Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or our website. Continued use of PixRobe after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. App Store Terms

If you download PixRobe through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and PixRobe, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or any claims related to it.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase a subscription, your payment will be processed through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

17. Content Moderation and Retention

We reserve the right to review and remove any content that violates these Terms, and to report violations to appropriate authorities if necessary.

Uploaded images and generated content may be temporarily stored for processing purposes and automatically deleted after 24 hours. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
