We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email, or location. You can use PixRobe without signing up or creating an account.

2. How We Use Images and Prompts

Uploaded images may contain personal data, such as a person's likeness or identifiable features. When you submit a photo and prompt, this content is transmitted to Replicate and Fal.ai solely for the purpose of generating your requested AI result.

When you upload or take a photo and type a prompt:

• Your image and prompt are securely transmitted to trusted third-party AI processing providers — specifically Replicate and Fal.ai — to generate your AI outfit result.
• Replicate automatically deletes all input data, output files, and logs within one hour.
• Fal.ai automatically deletes all input and output data within seven days.
• Your content is used only to generate the requested output and is never used for training or any other purpose.

3. In-App Event Tracking

We use anonymous analytics to track app usage events, including:

• Progress through the onboarding experience
• If and when a user closes the paywall
• When image generations occur (to track generation counts)

This helps us improve the user experience but does not collect or store personal information.

4. Third-Party Services

PixRobe uses trusted third-party AI processing providers — specifically Replicate and Fal.ai — to generate AI-edited images. Your uploaded photo and prompt may be securely transmitted to these providers solely for the purpose of producing your requested result.

Replicate deletes all input images, outputs, and logs within one hour, and Fal.ai deletes all input and output data within seven days.

These providers do not store, reuse, or train on your content.

5. Children's Privacy

PixRobe is designed to be safe for users of all ages, including children. We are committed to protecting children's privacy in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 years of age. Our app operates without requiring any personal information, account creation, or data that could identify individual users, including children.

6. Data Security

We use encryption (HTTPS) and secure storage practices to protect your data. Uploaded content is deleted after 24 hours and not used for any other purpose. We only work with third-party AI providers that meet industry-standard security practices and do not retain or reuse your images.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on pixrobe.com. Continued use of the app after any update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
